TrainNOW – recommended by Hasting Deering

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate VOCAM on its Train Now safety suite of videos. As a large company with branches and personnel spread out over vast distances we found it difficult to gather everyone to attend scheduled training. We needed to find an answer that was capable of delivering good training as a stop gap when personnel could not attend scheduled training, was flexible enough to suite our employment needs and was easy to use.

Train Now’s modern suite of videos provides us with a method of delivering up to date training when we needed it with out relying on others. Compared to other products it accurately reflects our company procedure and is aligned to Australian Standards and legal requirements.

One of the many criteria we were looking for was the ability to assess each training session. The Train Now assessment criterion for each video with the answer sheets for the trainer was exactly what we needed.

Before and after sales service was excellent. Sales staff listened to our needs and recommended the correct product and answered our questions on the spot. The IT support was quick and informative making for a trouble free transition.
